As part of the KEMALA technical support program, staff and consultants have been, and continue to develop practical tools.

Tools developed so far include

Scoping Manual
Scoping is a process to help an organization determine its overall role and priority activities to achieve change in a specific issue. The manual provides an organization with facilitation knowledge on how to determine strategic issues, essential functions, actors, needs, and activities involved in dealing with those issues.

Communications for Advocacy Manual
This manual is for organizations or groups doing advocacy work. It provides basic guidelines for the development of a communication strategy of an advocacy campaign.

Measures of Success Manual
This manual provides information needed in developing and implementing a monitoring plan that is based on indicators to track if indicators are being made and if they are having the desired impact on environment, local communities or NGOs organizations.
