We wish to thank all the local ICCN conservators and staff who have contributed through their continued commitment. We thank the direction of ICCN in Kinshasa, which has permitted the essential flexibility needed so that site staff could negotiate with local authorities and still maintain their identity and allegiance to their national conservation organization.
