Influencing Policy

Climate change threatens wildlife, food and livelihoods of people all around the world. It is an urgent problem which requires a global solution. All actions to reduce carbon pollution are important, but the greatest opportunity to avoid the worst impacts of climate change is for governments to implement solutions to overcome this crisis.

For over 20 years, WWF has been active at the national and international levels. We advocate for policies that reduce carbon pollution and help avoid the worst consequences of climate change on the people, places and wildlife that we seek to protect.
