Vice President, Human Resources
Elaine leads WWF’s Human Resources function for our US and field-based staff, including recruitment, performance management, organization development, compensation and benefits, and HR systems. She also serves on WWF’s Global HR Strategy team. The HR team’s mission is to provide outstanding HR consultation, service and support to the WWF-US organization and to our larger network in support of the organization’s mission and objectives.
Prior to joining WWF in 2004, Elaine worked for Arthur Andersen as an internal HR consultant, and worked as an HR leader in a Fortune 250 insurance organization. Elaine graduated from University of Maryland summa cum laude with a bachelor’s in psychology, and received her master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from University of Akron.
