TED Tigers
Welcome

Attention TEDsters:
As TED was closing up shop this year in Long Beach, the conservation world was moving into full swing to save the tiger, with February 14 marking the first day of the Chinese Year of the Tiger. This year is absolutely crucial for tigers and we would like to tap into the TED community to help solve the crisis facing these amazing creatures.
Those of you who selected the tiger from the TED online gift bag are invited to join us in a WebEx conference with WWF and the World Bank, a key partner of ours in the fight to save tigers.
HOW CAN WE SAVE THE TIGER?
A WEBEX CONVERSATION
WHEN: Monday, March 29, 1:00 - 2:00 pm ET
WHO: WWF Chief Scientist Dr. Eric Dinerstein and World Bank Tiger Specialist Keshav Varma
(World Bank President Robert Zoellick, previously scheduled for this conference, unfortunately had to attend to work elsewhere.)
WHAT: After a 20-minute presentation from Eric and Keshav, we will open the session for discussion and thoughts on how the TED community can help bring tigers back from the brink.
HOW: View/Participate, using the password tiger.
Hope to hear you then!
