Three Easy Steps to Share Your Photo

1. Read the following License and Release in its entirety.
2. Agree to the terms by clicking on the button at the bottom of the page.
3. Log into Flickr and upload your image(s).

License and Release: Read This First
By uploading your material, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You hereby grant WWF a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to edit, to reproduce, to prepare derivative works based upon, to distribute copies of, and to publicly display any material you submit (including images, portraits, your name, quotes, your age, your city and state, and any other material you submit) using any media, including any media not currently known; and the right to sublicense these rights.
2. You waive any right to inspect or approve the photographs or material that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to you or unknown, and you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs and other materials. You hereby release your right to all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the said materials, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
3. You warrant and represent that the photographs are original and created by you, that publication thereof will not violate or infringe any copyright or proprietary right or right to privacy of any individuals, and you indemnify and hold harmless WWF and its licensees from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of any breach or any allegation which if true would constitute a breach of any foregoing warranties or representations. You will upon request from WWF, furnish to WWF background facts and identification of the photographic images sufficient to enable appropriate, accurate captions and accompanying text to be written.
4. You understand that WWF may publish or not publish the photographs or other material as WWF, in its own discretion, may decide.
5. You are 18 years of age and are competent to agree to this release. You have read the above release and fully understand the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
