Rare Black Jaguar Sighting

Carter Roberts, President and CEO of WWF-US, shares the amazing sight of a black jaguar swimming across the Tapajós River in Brazil's Juruena National Park.

The sighting of the black jaguar comes on the heels of the historic announcement of the Amazon Region Protected Area (ARPA). A model for conservation, ARPA ensures 150 acres—three times the size of all US parks combined—of the Amazon are protected in perpetuity.
