Home to World Wildlife Fund headquarters, 1250 24th Street offers 251,707 square feet of premium work habitat. The building has a stunning 8-story, sky-lit atrium and received LEED EB Platinum Certification in 2011. It also features the third largest green roof in Washington, DC.
