Hollywood Supports WWF's Earth Hour As Sets Go Dark On "CSI," "Dancing With The Stars," "Price Is Right" And "Entertainment Tonight"

LOS ANGELES, March 19, 2009–Sets and celebrities from the worlds of TV, film, music and sports are pledging to turn out their lights as part of World Wildlife Fund’s Earth Hour, the first global vote for action on climate change, taking place March 28th at 8:30-9:30 p.m.
Edward Norton, Kevin Bacon, Kyra Sedgwick, members of the L.A. Kings, Alanis Morissette, Keshia Knight Pulliam, Jennette McCurdy, Baron Davis, Big Kenny of Big & Rich, Tom Bergeron of "Dancing with the Stars," Will.I.Am, Isabella Rossellini, Edward James Olmos, Mary Hart of "Entertainment Tonight," George Lopez, Janeane Garofalo, Linkin Park and others will join hundreds of millions of people around the world in demanding action on climate change.
The CBS Network has committed to turning out all non-essential lights at its CBS Television City complex for Earth Hour while the sets, and some of the stars of TV shows will do the same, including: “Dancing with the Stars" (as well as Tom Bergeron), "Entertainment Tonight" (and Mary Hart), “The Insider,” “Price is Right,” and "CSI."
