BOBBIE CEILEY has spent the last 30 years traveling extensively to different corners of the globe, with Africa being her favorite continent visited. She has traveled on five separate WWF trips to see wildlife in its natural environment. Spending so much time in different surroundings has led to her dedication to preserving nature for future generations to enjoy and explore. In 2006, in an effort to achieve that goal, Ceiley and her husband started two charities aimed at conservation and endangered species: The Ark Conservancy and The Glen and Bobbie Ceiley Foundation. Professionally, Ceiley moved to Chicago in 1976 to work for Bisco Industries, Inc., a startup distribution company. There, she joined forces with Glen Ceiley, both professionally and personally. Married in 1978, the couple currently splits their time between homes in Newport Beach, Lake Tahoe, and Palm Desert, California. The mother of two sons, Matthew and Zachary, Ceiley also has a six-year-old grandchild, Austin Howard Ceiley. Currently, she sits on the board of directors for Bisco Industries, The Ark Conservancy and The Glen and Bobbie Ceiley Foundation, and is also a Big 5 Society Contributor to the African Wildlife Foundation as well as an International Council member for AWF.
