Lauren Tyler has been an international finance leader for over 30 years, with more than 20 years as an investment banker and private equity investor. As a versatile, hands-on corporate executive, Tyler held numerous roles with JPMorgan Chase, including leading the Investor Relations team, serving as the Global Firmwide Auditor, and mostly recently as the Global Head of Human Resources for the Asset & Wealth Management business. While running Investor Relations, Institutional Investor magazine recognized Tyler as the Best Investor Relations Professional in the large-cap bank category. From 2019 to 2022, Tyler was a board member of Alleghany Corporation and has also sat on numerous portfolio company boards. In 2023, Tyler joined the Board of Directors of Cencora, a leading global pharmaceutical solutions organization centered on improving the lives of people and animals around the world. In 2024, Tyler joined the Board of Directors of Guardian Life Insurance Company, a leading provider of life, disability, dental and other benefits. She also currently serves on the boards of World Wildlife Fund and Yale Cancer Center, and she is a Member of the Executive Leadership Council. Tyler earned her BA from Yale and MBA from Harvard. She is an avid triathlete and traveler.
