SHALINI SHARP lives in Berkeley, CA with her family, who share her love of travel and the outdoors, particularly marine life. She is currently a board member of various public and private biotechnology companies as well as non-profit organizations, including Organon & Co., Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc., Mahzi Therapeutics Inc. (chair), and the Alameda County Community Food Bank. She was previously on the boards of Sutro Biopharma, Precision Biosciences, Panacea Acquisition Corporation, Agenus Inc., Array Biopharma Inc., and the TB Alliance. Earlier, she served as chief financial officer and/or held strategic, business development, and corporate finance roles at multiple biotechnology companies, having started her career in management consulting at McKinsey & Co. and investment banking at Goldman Sachs & Co. She received her MBA and undergraduate degrees from Harvard University.
