Cancellations & refunds: Cancellation must be received in writing at WWF, by U.S. mail, email or fax. Singles / shares / triples: Those who desire single cabins (categories 1 or 2 only) will be charged the sole occupancy rate. If you wish to share a cabin, we will attempt to find a roommate for you. Third person rates are available in certain categories at one-half the double occupancy rate.
What to expect: To fully enjoy the wildlife-viewing opportunities this program offers, travelers should be fit and in good health. You should be able to walk over uneven or wet terrain and get in and out of Zodiac
landing craft unassisted. Air temperatures range from the 40s to 50s (with it often feeling a little cooler on the water); be prepared for a wide range of weather conditions. We don’t expect rough seas, but conditions can never be guaranteed; travelers susceptible to motion sickness should plan to bring preventatives. We anticipate being able to do all activities listed in the itinerary; however, the schedule will be dictated by weather, tides and wildlife viewing.
Getting there & getting home: Unless other arrangements are made, all guests will be booked on a complimentary, one-way, economy-class flight between Sitka, Alaska, and Seattle on May 11, 2013. Airfare between your hometown and Seattle is not included in the cost of this tour. Should you need assistance booking flights, air specialists at Lindblad Expeditions would be happy to help you; a $50 booking fee applies. Call 800-397-3348.
Trip insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended; information will be sent to registrants. Exclusions for preexisting medical conditions may be waived with the prompt purchase of travel insurance.

Under such circumstances, no refund will be made. Baggage and personal effects are solely the responsibility of the owners at all times. Dates, schedules, program details, and costs, given in good faith, based on information available and in force in September 2012, are subject to change and revision.
