Gregg specializes in ecosystem services, marine spatial planning, and GIS programming and modeling for conservation.
At WWF, Gregg works with the Natural Capital Project to develop Marine InVEST, a set of GIS models for quantifying the services provided by coastal and marine ecosystems. The team's marine tools are currently being applied on the west coast of Vancouver Island, Belize, and Monterey Bay. His work with CSP involves automating GIS processes for conservation modeling and improving the usability of spatial decision support tools.
Gregg received his Master’s degree in Geographic Information Science from San Diego State University and a BS from Cornell University.
