Lobby Day 2025: Logistics and Resources

WWF Lobby Day is fast approaching, and we’re excited to welcome you to Washington, DC! This year, we’ll be coming together to advocate for the continued U.S. investment in international conservation efforts—critical programs that protect nature and wildlife, combat illegal deforestation, wildlife trafficking, and illegal fishing, and promote economic resilience and global stability. By meeting with your representatives, you’ll play a key role in reinforcing bipartisan support for these conservation programs, which have a proven track record of delivering high-impact results while advancing America’s economic and national security interests.

Below is logistical information you will need for Lobby Day Training on Monday, March 24th, and for Lobby Day itself, on Tuesday, March 25th.

Please note that you will receive the schedule for your congressional meetings via email on Friday, March 21st. The schedule will be hosted on the Advocacy Associates App. You will receive instructions for logging into this app separately.

To help you prepare for your meetings, we’ve put together a variety of resources for you to review. You will have the flexibility to view at your own pace and pause when needed. We have also included links to look up your Member of Congress and begin familiarizing yourself with their background.
