WWF works to sustain the natural world for the benefit of people and wildlife, collaborating with partners from local to global levels in nearly 100 countries.
The Amazon basin is the largest in the world, and its rivers are home to amazing wildlife, like the pink river dolphin. The presence of river dolphins is a sign of a healthy river. Together with our partners, WWF has just completed a survey of river dolphins—to understand the health of the species and of the river itself. Watch a video from the expedition.
