What to expect: To fully enjoy the wildlife-viewing opportunities this program offers, travelers should be fit and in good health. You should be able to walk over uneven terrain and get in and out of tenders unassisted. We don’t expect rough seas at this time of year, but conditions can never be guaranteed. Travelers susceptible to motion sickness should plan to bring preventatives. We anticipate being able to do all activities listed in the itinerary; however, the schedule will be dictated by weather, tides and wildlife and marine life viewing.
Trip insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended; information will be sent to registrants. Exclusions for preexisting medical conditions may be waived with the prompt purchase of travel insurance.
