Experience the Range: Virtually!


Now available as part of our Engage the Range toolkit, is a virtual field trip course. Students can explore multiple ranches from the comfort of their screens and learn from the ranchers as they share about various considerations and challenges they face while maintaining the ecosystem and landscape. Use with the Learn the Range and Change the Range segments of this project-based learning unit.

Wild Classroom has teamed up with Exploring By the Seat Of Your Pants to bring WWF conservation experts into your learning space through interactive live events and videos. Bring science to life by allowing students to learn directly from those working to protect species and habitats around the world.

Alanna Waldman Carrow is a marine conservation scientist on the Seascapes and Science team at World Wildlife Fund. Her work revolves around how to halt and reverse biodiversity loss in the oceans. She is working to build up marine tourism, shipping, and wind energy in ways that don't harm wildlife and complement the great benefits ocean and coastal ecosystems already provide!
