Citizens “Freeze” to Raise Awareness about Climate Change

A flash mob of more than 100 advocates gathered in Washington D.C.'s Dupont Circle on November 1, 2012 to raise awareness about climate change and our need to prepare for its impacts.

Advocates "froze" for several minutes, each holding an open umbrella to remind the public that climate change is already fueling more extreme weather and will continue to get worse if our nation fails to address climate change.
