The choices we make about what we eat have lasting consequences for wildlife, our water supply, critical ecosystems, and the climate. As the global population and incomes worldwide increase, both are driving changes in what’s consumed. And as climate change introduces layers of uncertainty for where and how food can be grown, and for those who grow it, there has never been more at stake.
