Creation and Evolution of Adaptation Funds

This report, written in 2010, documents and analyzes the evolution and functions of the four coexisting multilateral funds that organize the majority of international funding specifically targeted toward adaptation to climate change. It serves also to better understand the forces that influence and the challenges and successes of the development of adaptation funding.
