This project will work to mainstream and enhance biodiversity and ecosystem considerations in transportation planning nationwide

WWF and partners are securing protection for a critical rain forest in Sumatra. Thirty Hills is one of the last places on Earth where elephants, tigers, and orangutans coexist in the wild.

The project objective is to catalyze sustainable, long-term investment in globally significant conservation areas in Namibia and Gabon and enable scaling out of the Enduring Earth approach in additional countries, contributing to 30x30 goals.

The Environmental and Social Impact Grant aims to provide competitive financial support to teams and institutions working in Kenya, Tanzania, and Madagascar focusing on enhancing capacities to address environmental and social impact assessment capacity building needs with an emphasis on local communities and local practitioners. Proposals should aim to provide capacity building to improve the practice, quality, and effectiveness of community groups, government, and non-governmental institutions to design and implement sustainable conservation and development initiatives, plans, and policies.

The competitive community-based Forest Restoration Grant aims to strengthen efforts of formerly funded local organizations with on-the-ground outcomes that connect previous work to efficiently and effectively deliver collaborative nature-based solutions to enhance long-term community forest restoration.
