Vignesh Aier

VIGNESH AIER is a private equity investor focusing on growth-oriented investments in healthcare, business services, and technology companies. He is the head of healthcare investing for GrowthCurve Capital, a New York-based investment firm. He was previously a managing director at the private equity firm New Mountain Capital and a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. Aier grew up in New York State and was born in India, where he first developed his love of elephants, tigers, and other wildlife. He graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Economics-Mathematics and also studied at the London School of Economics. He currently lives in New York City.
