Jon Tua
Vice President, Strategic Planning and Finance
Jon leads Earth for Life’s Strategic Planning and Finance team, which provides conservation planning, financial planning, and sustainable financing expertise to initiatives that permanently finance networks of protected and conserved areas, and that support sustainable livelihoods for communities living in and around those areas. This team helps area-based conservation programs, local communities, and partners set conservation goals, design activities, identify financing needs, secure one-time and recurring funding, and monitor results. Earth for Life has supported Project Finance for Permanence (PFP) and other sustainable financing initiatives in Belize, Bhutan, Brazil, Colombia, Namibia, Peru, the US Northern Great Plains, and in collaboration with Enduring Earth.
Prior to joining WWF, Jon was a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and provided management advisory services to multinational financial institutions and corporations.
