Sarah Davidson

Sarah Davidson is the Director for Water Policy at WWF. She leads the design and implementation of effective policy initiatives and strategic partnerships with governments, multilateral and bilateral aid agencies, and other stakeholders to advance WWF’s vision of a world where all major basins are sustainably managed to support biodiversity and human livelihoods. Areas of focus include water governance, shared water management across borders, and integration of water, sanitation and hygiene with freshwater conservation to improve human and river basin health. Sarah previously spent 8 years with The Nature Conservancy, serving most recently as the International Water Policy Advisor. Prior to TNC, Sarah worked on international development issues including water resources management, gender, and environmental health.
