Together, we’re advocating for a federal Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) framework policy that holds producers accountable, accelerates the shift to circular systems and delivers measurable impact.

• Promote Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) as an essential national policy to reduce plastic waste and advance product circularity.
• Champion EPR frameworks in the U.S. that are effective, fair and built to last.
• Collaborate with lawmakers and stakeholders to shape policies that provide lasting solutions to the plastic crisis.
