The Governance of Electronic Monitoring (EM) Systems for Industrial Tuna Fisheries

Under the FAO Common Oceans Program, World Wildlife Fund developed several resources to support decision-makers in designing and implementing effective, scalable, and fit-for-purpose electronic monitoring programs. These resources consolidate current perspectives and guidance to meet the data needs for robust fisheries science, management, compliance, and industry transparency. This document helps support decision-makers in determining which program elements are best handled in-house versus outsourced.
