Level Up for Earth: Stream for a Healthier Planet

Every fundraising stream you host has the power to help protect our planet, and we’ve made it simple to inspire your community to give. As growing threats put pressure on the natural systems that support creativity, connection, and daily life, your livestream can become a meaningful way to strengthen the world we all depend on.

With downloadable overlays, step‑by‑step resources, and tools designed to support creators, you can confidently guide your audience to donate during Level Up for Earth.

Plus, every hour you spend fundraising also contributes to the global Give an Hour for Earth movement, helping protect wildlife, restore vital habitats, and support communities leading conservation efforts.

This is the perfect moment to go live, inspire your viewers to donate, and demonstrate the power creators have when their streams drive real‑world impact.

Fundraising tips that work

Promote early & often

Start promoting your fundraiser on social media before you go live. Build excitement by sharing your stream schedule and posting teasers. Let WWF know when you're streaming by messaging a mod on our Discord or reaching out through our social channels. You’re also welcome to post your stream in the WWF Discord now-live channel to get more eyes on it.

Offer exclusive Tiltify link

Add your Tiltify link to your stream title, panels, pinned messages, bios, and social posts. The more visible it is, the easier it is for viewers to jump in and support.

Offer exclusive content

Tease special moments like behind the scenes clips, themed gameplay, or surprise challenges to keep viewers engaged.

Motivate with incentives and milestones

Incentives and milestones are powerful ways to boost donations and keep your community engaged during a charity stream. Whether you're playing a cozy game, battling it out in a competitive match, creating art, or just chatting — these tools help create fun, memorable moments that connect your audience to your cause.

Bonus Tip: If you hit your goal early, raise it and add more milestones and incentives to keep the momentum going.

Incentives are small rewards you offer in real time when someone donates. They're personal, immediate, and help donors feel seen while keeping things playful and interactive.

Examples of incentives:

$25: Add the donor’s name to your on-screen thank-you wall or stream overlay

$50: React to the donation in a dramatic or silly voice

$75: Let chat choose a filter, sticker, or background effect to add to your cam

$100: Draw something based on the donor’s suggestion

$150: Spin your “challenge wheel” — a pre-set list of fun dares or questions you’re game to do live

Bonus Tip: Choose incentives that match your energy and stream style. You can always swap these for game-specific or art-specific ideas.

Milestones are rewards you unlock when your stream hits a specific donation total. Instead of reacting to each gift, you’re encouraging your whole community to work together toward a shared goal.

Examples of milestones:

$100: Let chat pick your next move, game decision, or art prompt

$250: Take on a challenge picked by chat (e.g., draw blindfolded, swap control styles, sing your next sentence)

$500: Wear a silly costume or themed outfit

$1,000: Host a bonus stream (IRL, nature-themed, or something totally new to your audience)

$2,500: Do a stream inspired by WWF’s mission (visit the outdoors, clean up a park, or share a personal story about your connection to nature)

$5,000–$10,000+: Collaborate with another creator, host a mini-event, or livestream from a meaningful location

Include “stretch” milestones even if you’re not sure you’ll hit them. Your community might surprise you!

Keep it real and keep it you

  • Thank every donor, on stream, in chat, or with alerts.
  • Talk about your “why.” Share your love for nature, animals, or the planet to inspire others.
  • Remind viewers to donate throughout your stream, especially during key or exciting moments.
  • Most of all, be yourself and have fun.

Make an impact, share it, and celebrate It

Every livestream fundraiser is a chance to create real change, and that impact doesn’t end when the stream wraps up. Whether you raise $100 or $10,000, wrap up your campaign by thanking your supporters. Post a short video, shout out donors, or share a story about the impact their support is making for nature. Gratitude builds trust and sets the stage for next time.

Fundraising tools

Make the most of Tiltify’s features

Crowd Control

Crowd Control is an interactive tool that integrates with your gameplay to let your viewers influence the game in real time by donating. When you connect Crowd Control to your Tiltify campaign, donations go toward your fundraiser and trigger in-game effects, like spawning enemies, giving power-ups, or causing general chaos depending on the game. It’s a great way to increase donations and create a more interactive, engaging experience for your viewers.

You can explore the full list of supported games and features on Crowd Control’s official website. To see how to connect it to your stream, check out this Tiltify tutorial.

Share WWF’s work

Help your viewers understand the importance of their support by sharing WWF’s stories, mission, and official videos. You can screen share videos and pictures from the WWF Youtube channel, Instagram, or Tiktok page to educate your viewers on the impact of their donations.

Overlays & widgets

Use tools like progress bars, donation trackers, and poll widgets to keep your stream engaging. Check out these in-depth tutorials for overlays and widgets.

Use WWF streamer assets

Tap into WWF’s official assets, including yearly branding and special event graphics. These can help your campaign feel more connected to conservation and rally your following.

Use chatbots for your donation link

Set up commands like !donate using Streamlabs, Nightbot, or StreamElements to keep your Tiltify link visible throughout your stream.

  • Breakr: Quick, guided setup to get you started fast.

Tiltify step 2
4. Set your fundraising goal

There’s no formula for fundraising success. Some streamers with just a few hundred followers have raised hundreds of dollars or more. It’s less about your follower count and more about how you engage your community. Set a goal that feels both exciting and achievable, and don’t worry, you can always raise it mid-stream if your audience comes through strong.

Tiltify step 3
5. Link to your streaming accounts

All you need to do is select your streaming platform, type in your username and confirm your email address. Once connected, Tiltify can automatically update your campaign in real time, making it easy to keep your audience engaged and informed while you stream.

Tiltify step 4
6. Use Tiltify’s suggested polls and rewards to quickly add interactive features to your campaign.

Rewards allow you to offer unique products or experiences when a donation is made at a specific amount. Polls let your donors vote on the outcome of a question, perfect for letting your audience feel involved. Give Tiltify a bit of insight into your stream setup and goals, and it can help you brainstorm suggestions for both rewards and polls. You can easily add those suggestions directly to your fundraiser to keep things simple and interactive.

Tiltify step 5
7. Customize your fundraiser

Add your fundraiser name, description, images, and any incentives you might want to encourage donations.

8. Save and publish

Once everything looks good, click Save & publish your fundraiser. You’ll get a unique, shareable link that your community can use to donate directly to WWF. Drop the link in your stream chat, social media, bios, anywhere your audience connects with you. You’re officially ready to go live for nature!
