A Baby Leatherback Turtle Makes Its Way to the Sea
Leatherback turtles are fundamental links in marine ecosystems. They nest on beaches and later migrate, crossing both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. Sadly, leatherbacks are under threat. In the Coral Triangle, eggs are often taken by locals to sell or eat. WWF works to conserve the species.
