How big are red pandas?
The red panda is slightly larger than a domestic cat with a bear-like body and thick russet fur.

Where do many red pandas live?
Almost 50% of the red panda’s habitat is in the Eastern Himalayas. They spend most of their times in trees.

How do red pandas use their tails?
They use their long, bushy tails for balance and to cover themselves with their tails in winter for warmth.
